Week 1 = HotSpots “Visual Clutter” ~ Fast wins right out of the gate. Most students have their first "I can actually DO this" moment on Day 1.

Who is the course actually for?

Clearing Your Clutter was built for the busy woman 40+ who is done letting the clutter run the show.

If you've been living with the mess long enough to know that "I'll get to it this weekend" isn't working, you're in the right place. If you've tried the books, the YouTube rabbit holes, and the frantic Saturday clean-outs and nothing has stuck, you're in the right place. If the thought of someone stopping by unexpectedly sends your stomach straight to the floor, you are absolutely in the right place.

You don't need to have it together before you start. You don't need any prior decluttering experience. The only thing you need is a willingness to show up for yourself one week at a time …  in Small, Do-able Doses.

This course is probably not the right fit if you're looking for someone to come do it for you (that's a separate hands-on service … reach out and we can chat!), or if you're dealing with a clinical hoarding disorder that deserves specialized professional support. How much time do I need to commit each week?

Here's what a typical week looks like:

One weekly instructional video = 10 to 20 minutes, delivered in a focused, bite-sized format you can actually fit into your day

Average of 4 short "In Action" example videos = 3 to 5 minutes each, showing you exactly what the week's lesson looks like in practice

Your daily #DeclutteringDozen sessions = just 12 focused minutes of actual decluttering work. That's it. Twelve minutes.

One live Thursday group coaching call = one hour, and recorded if you can't make it live.

Week 3 = Breaking It Down & Taming Paper Chaos Review the prior two weeks and celebrate your wins! Paper is everyone's nemesis and this is the week we come for it. You'll leave with a system for the piles, the mystery mail, and the "I'll file that someday" stack that you can actually maintain.

Week 4 = Sentimental & Heirloom Items The week most decluttering courses skip entirely. We don't because this is where the real emotional weight lives. We walk you through honoring what matters and letting go with intention, without guilt running every decision.

Week 5 = Putting It All Together & Staying In Your Own Lane (Or Not 😉) The victory lap. We pull everything together, help you build your personal Get Me To Maintenance Mode plan, and celebrate how far you've come.

 I've tried decluttering before and it never sticks. Why would this be different?

We hear this all the time. And here's our honest answer:

Most decluttering approaches fix your stuff without addressing what keeps the clutter coming back:  the habits, the emotions, and the thought patterns underneath the piles. We tackle both.

Most approaches also expect you to summon motivation from thin air and sustain it through a marathon effort. We don't. We built this course around 12-minute daily sessions, a clear weekly focus, live accountability, and a community of women doing it right alongside you. We have found that this combination works when willpower alone never does.
